Clinic Membership Benefits:

Basic - $70/month: 6 visits/yr., every 8 weeks = $840/year 

Additional visits are $100 each.

Premium - $85/month: 9 visits/yr., every 6 weeks = $1,020/yr. ($105 savings/year) Additional visits are $100 each.

Elite - $100/month: 12 visits/yr., every 4 weeks = $1,200 ($300 savings/yr.)

Additional visits are $100 each.

In-Home Membership Options:

In-home Basic - $90/month: 6 visits/yr., every 8 weeks = $1,080/yr. 

Additional visits are $100 each.

Premium - $100/month: 9 visits/yr., every 6 weeks) = $1,200/yr. Savings of $150/yr. Savings of $240 including fingernail trimming. 

 Additional visits are $100 each. 

Elite - $125/month: 12 visits/yr., every 4 weeks = $1,500/yr. Savings of $300/yr. Saving including fingernail trimming $420.

• Comprehensive Foot Care Services: Receive 6-12 office appointments per year, including a thorough nursing assessment of your feet and lower legs at every appointment. Our services include toenail trimming, reduction of callouses and corns, freeing of ingrowing toenails, fingernail trimming, and a gentle foot massage with moisturizing lotion.
• Health Monitoring: Benefit from regular health check-ups including blood pressure and oxygen saturation checks during your appointments.
• Personalized Service: Say goodbye to impersonal automated reminders! Enjoy personalized appointment reminder calls and priority scheduling.
• Referral Rewards: Earn a $10 credit for each new membership referral, and another $10 credit for photos used in our marketing materials (with prior notification).
